By using Luma ESL, students and educators agree to use the marketplace honestly, safely, and respectfully.
Luma ESL accounts and messaging are limited to users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, confirming access to messages, or using the message feature, you represent that you are an adult with legal capacity to use this service.
Educators are responsible for accurate profiles, class descriptions, availability, pricing, and Zoom access. Luma ESL may approve, reject, hide, or remove listings that appear unsafe, misleading, or low quality.
Students should request classes only when they intend to attend. Class access may depend on teacher approval, availability, and any payment arrangement shown or agreed to before class.
If payments are handled outside Luma ESL, the student and educator are responsible for confirming price, payment method, cancellation rules, and refunds before class. In-app payments may be governed by additional payment terms when enabled.
Spam, harassment, impersonation, unsafe conduct, underage account use, and misuse of Zoom links are not allowed. Users can report messages, and accounts may be suspended when needed to protect the marketplace.
